Sec 1. The name of the organization is Business & Product Report, hereinafter referred to as B&PR.

Article 2 - Mission Statement

Sec 1. B&PR was created to protect the financial interest of temporary and personnel agencies. B&PR will facilitate and conduct a national database to record consumer opinions pertaining to products & services. Further, B&PR will advocate the economic safety of consumers, by allowing other members to access this information.

Article 3 - Membership

Sec 1. Individual memberships will be available to anyone who properly complete an application form and pays their annual dues.

Sec 2. Each member is responsible for maintaining its accounts and keeping them up to date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of member for the term of 1 year with out refund.

Sec 3. Any member who knowingly enters false or inaccurate information may be banned from B&PR indefinitely.

Sec 4. Rights and privileges shall be extended equally to all members in accordance with these by laws.

Article 4 - Dues

Sec 1. Dues will cover a membership period for 12 months from the date of payment. All applications are subject to approval by B&PR.

Sec 2. Dues are subject to change without notice.

Sec 3. Dues may be paid through credit card (Amex, Visa, MC), or by check. Dues will be paid before membership period expires.

Article 5 - Member Privileges

Sec 1. Member privileges shall be extended equally to all members in accordance with these by laws.

Sec 2. Members who have fulfilled the application and dues criteria shall be allowed to enter the membership area of B&PR's web site and search or enter account information. Further, they will be allowed to update accounts that have been entered from their company account.

Sec 3. Members will also have the privilege of printing or saving search information to be used for their benefit.

Sec 4. Members will have access to limited contact information from other members and will be allowed to further investigate the information found if needed.

Sec 5. Members may block their contact information from other consumer members, but not from companies they have written about or government agencies.

Sec 6. Members may not search for information to solicit new accounts and/or for mailing list.

Article 6 - Information Services

Sec 1. It will be understood that the information entered in this database will be entered by B&PR members and not by B&PR. B&PR is not responsible for miss information. Further, B&PR bares no responsibility for damages caused by miss information.

Sec 2. B&PR members who are having trouble verifying information may solicit help from B&PR.

Sec 3. Any company who feels they have been wrongly accused or listed in error can submit a dispute against the information. All disputed information will be investigated by B&PR.

Sec 4. Any member at any time may be ask to supply confirmation of account information listed in B&PR's database.

Sec 5. A dispute will be ruled upon within 30 days.

Article 7 - Warranty

B&PR does not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of any of the data and/or programs ("information") available at this web site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the information is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
