Not only can you as a consumer member warn other consumers about products & services that are not worthy, but you can also put companies & service providers on notice. Several of our members have had tremendous results with problems they had been having by notifying the company or service provider that their story's had been posted at B&PR. Those companies that truly cared about making their customers happy should respond by doing what is necessary to take care of your problem. You can offer to make an update to the file once the matter has been solved to your satisfaction. You should of course make an effort to work it out directly with the company or service provider, but when all else fails your story belongs in B&PR. Your stories will help other members avoid the hassles that you have had to put up with, by giving them the option of avoiding companies and services that consistently under perform and over promise.
